The Core & DNA

The Core

  • We provide an extravagant amount of resources for each church plant to be successful.

We know it takes money to plant a church.

Each church reserves 5% of our giving for church planting. We then give:

    1. lump sum (over $100,000) to start

    2. plus 3-years of support to ensure finances are not an issue.

We are an open book with all of our systems, people, and tools. We will encourage and actively send people to new church plants. We will multiply all that we have, even if it hurts.

  • We provide a 1-year residency to prepare the pastor for church planting.

This serves as an incubator for leadership/spiritual growth, preparing of ministry philsophy/strategy, and networking/missional lving.

  • We deeply value the relationships of each church and their pastor.

We take an annual retreat every year. We have combined staff meals, eldership help, and more. We care deeply for the pastor’s spiritual health, marriage, and family. We have intentional care for the pastor’s wife.

DNA

  • Each context requires a unique. distinct church strategy and philosophy. This allows each planter and church to provide the best strategy based on their context, and their own ministry personality/giftings.

  • We are all on the same team, and we do our best to not compete, to not slander, or discourage. We are a family of churches who encourage, share, and cultivate generosity in our network.

  • The current state of the Western church has a lot of issues based around a lack of accountability. We want to make sure that we foster an environment which can have systems to prevent pride to become rampant, as well as creating a space for helpful feedback and correction.

  • We are a all a part of Charis Fellowship, which is a theological network prioritzing relationship, truth, and mission. We subscribe to their statement of beliefs and community.

  • We use the mantra “you can take anyone from our church but my wife,” and we mean it. We believe so deeply in the gospel multiplication that we are willing to multiply, be generous, use our time and more to make this happen.

  • We prioritize the importance of planting churches that will continue to plant churches and leave a multiplication legacy for years to come.
